Besides worrying for our own health, we worry about becoming a super spreader and putting our loved ones in harm’s way, about being quarantined for a normal flu and the list goes on. So much uncertainty, worry and fear. How can we navigate all these emotions skillfully during such difficult times so that we keep our heads above water?

Discover your inner peace by checking in with yourself. Learning skills of self-awareness & self-regulation, and techniques that can help you turn towards your needs in this moment and keep your levels of resilience high!
Part 2: An Emotional Survival Kit
While all of us are working hard to remain physically safe and healthy during this Covid-19 pandemic, it is important take care of our mental and emotional health as well. In this session, we offered tools and practices, (such as self-kindness and managing resistance) that can help you remain mentally and emotionally healthy!
Part 3: Meeting My Needs in This Crisis
Tuning in to your feelings and needs. Understanding what they are telling you. Exercises in recalling core values & priorities. Learning techniques of self-empathy, honesty, and deep listening to offer greater kindness and compassion to yourself and those around you.
Part 4: How to Have Authentic Conversations About Covid-19
Sharpening skills of setting clear intentions and remaining present, with a heightened awareness of your own needs as well as others’ needs, learn how to have authentic conversations about Covid-19 with others, especially with your family members, children and friends.
