Cultivating Self-Compassion for greater well-being

Self empathy and self care are vital skills that we all need. How we treat and communicate with ourselves has a huge impact in many areas of our lives. Many times, we tend to overlook the way we speak or treat ourselves and the thoughts we allow running through our minds. Self criticism, isolation and judgment for ourselves can easily cross the line to unhealthy levels without us even knowing and we end up thinking and behaving in ways that are unhelpful and damaging to our own physical, mental and emotional well-being.

The 1-hour workshop takes participants through an introduction of Self-Compassion, and equips them with practices that they can apply back to their daily lives.
